Steve has over 34 years experience in the pensions industry and joined Goddard Perry in 1993 when the organisation was known as Michael Kirk & Partners Ltd. Steve previously worked for Scottish Equitable (Now Aegon), Scottish Life (Now Royal London) and Hill Samuel.
Steve is the Managing Director of Goddard Perry, and is also the Chairman of HS Administrative Services Ltd and DBC Pension Services Ltd.
Steve has been instrumental in the growth of the Group via both organic development and a number of acquisitions.
Steve has developed a number of divisions within the Group to provide quality advice to both corporate and individual wealth clients.
Steve was one of the founder members of The Master Trust Association and has produced a number of press articles for the Master Trust community in general.

Andrew joined Goddard Perry in 2005 as Head of Consulting relating to Corporate Pension Consultancy and Secretarial services.
Andrew is now the Deputy Managing Director of Goddard Perry Consulting Ltd, as well as a Director of HS Administrative Services Ltd and DBC Pension Services Ltd, still heading up the Consultancy Services, but also having the day to day responsibility for the delivery of all the other services which Goddard Perry provides for its clients.
Andrew has spent over 30 years in the pensions industry. He advises a number of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes on their governance, legislative and regulatory duties.
Previously, Andrew has worked for Mercer, PIFC (now Capita) and Sun Life.
David Pettitt FFA

David joined Goddard Perry in 2010 to run Goddard Perry Actuarial.
David has spent over 30 years in the pensions industry. He advises a portfolio of defined benefit pension schemes on funding and investment strategy, de-risking, accounting disclosures, capital requirements and corporate re-structures.
Previously, David has worked for PwC, Mercer and Towers Perrin including seven years in Spain and France advising local and multinational corporates on their local and global plans.
David read mathematics at Cambridge University and is a qualified Scheme Actuary.
When not wielding a calculator he likes to do his best with a hockey stick or tennis racquet.
Human Resources / Operations Manager

Yvonne joined Goddard Perry in 2010 and after a period of being Personal Assistant to the Board of Directors is now the Human Resources / Operations Manager.
Yvonne is responsible for the smooth running of the office and ensuring that Goddard Perry continues to be a friendly and exciting place to work.
She holds the Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
Richard Wood APFS, FPFS
Richard started his Financial Services career in 1998 and throughout that time he has been involved in business development, company and private client advisory and private banking. He considers the interaction with clients the most rewarding part of his work. He strives to improve their overall position with regards their retirement, investment, protection and succession planning needs
Richard lived and worked in Hong Kong for a number of years. Throughout that time, he traveled throughout Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe helping his clients and gaining an understanding of the local cultures.
He joined Goddard Perry in 2018 as a Senior Consultant working with both private clients and business owners. He hopes to help them with their varying financial planning needs by giving them piece of mind and clarity.
Richard is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. This is the Premier qualification awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute and is the ‘Gold Standard’ for financial advisers.
Rob joined Goddard Perry as a Senior Consultant in 2006 (then Michael Kirk and Partners Ltd) and has over 36 years of experience working in the Financial Services industry. Prior to 2006 he held the position of Employee Benefits Consultant with Heath Lambert Consulting Ltd and has also worked for the Prudential in a number of pension and financial services related roles.
Rob holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and provides financial advice to private and corporate clients. He is passionate about promoting the benefits of financial planning and specialises in providing retirement planning advice to members of Workplace Pension Schemes.
Craig has nearly 30 years’ experience working in the financial service sector where he has held various roles as a financial consultant, mentor and manager. He joined Goddard Perry Consulting in February 2016 and is a Senior Consultant who holds the Diploma in financial planning. Craig provides holistic corporate financial planning to a number of corporate entities and provides high quality holistic financial planning advice for high net worth individuals within the corporate and personal sectors.
His specialism lies in and around the pension’s market both in the establishment of qualifying work place pensions, including dealing with the more complex areas of pension planning.
He is a lifetime Leeds United, England Cricket and Rugby Union fan.
After starting her working life as a Chartered Accountant, Sarah re-trained as a Financial Adviser in 2006. Prior to this she was a management accountant in the City and has worked in a variety of finance related roles. Sarah has lived in Italy, Belgium and the USA and she gained much experience in different industries and cultures.
She joined Goddard Perry in March 2018 as a Senior Consultant specialising in Financial Planning. With a strong technical background, Sarah can help clients through the maze of their finances and agree on long term strategies to support their families and businesses throughout their lives and on an intergenerational basis.
Sarah is working towards Chartered Financial Adviser status with the London Institute of Banking and Finance which she expects to achieve in the next 6 months. She is also passionate about the need for better financial education in schools and for women.

MD of Paramount Group Ltd until September 2008 when the practice was acquired by Towergate which subsequently became Wren Sterling Ltd. Paramount group had 38 staff at the time of sale and was considered a ‘New Model Adviser’.
Keen on creating links with other professionals and working seamlessly with clients.
Simon is and Associate of both the ‘Institute of Financial Planning’ and the ‘Professional Finance Society’.
A keen tennis player and supports a daughter, who is now 18 moving up the professional ranking.
Head of Pensions Administration

Daniel joined Goddard Perry Consulting in 2014 as Head of Trust Based Pensions Administration.
Daniel is responsible for the administration of trust based defined benefit schemes focusing on the implementation of new clients and maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients. He is also involved with the development of our pioneering administration and actuarial platform.
Daniel holds the Level 4 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) for administrators of occupational pension schemes. He specialises in the DB Pensions sector.
Daniel has been in the Financial Services industry since 1994 and has worked for pension providers, employee benefit consultancies, a global asset management company and a leading interdealer broker.

Natasha joined Goddard Perry in 2011 as a Senior Consultant having worked in the pensions industry since 1997.
Natasha previously worked for Legal & General, Aspen plc and Capita Hartshead. Natasha is now a Principal Consultant to a number of Goddard Perry’s corporate clients providing consulting and secretarial services to both defined benefit and trust based defined contribution schemes of varying sizes.
Natasha is also involved with the Salvus Master Trust, and historically the Spinnaker Master Trust. She provides assistance to the Pension Protection Fund and defined benefit schemes with defined contribution assets to discharge before transferring to the Pension Protection Fund.
Natasha is also involved in ad hoc projects, such as the wind-up of defined benefit or trust based defined contribution schemes.
Natasha holds the Retirement Provision Diploma from the Pensions Management Institute.

Vicki joined Goddard Perry as a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant in 2015 having been in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years.
As Employee Benefits is now fundamental in recruiting and retaining staff, Vicki’s role involves working closely with her clients to ensure that their Benefits program meets both the employer and employee needs.

As Head of Employee Benefits my role encompasses the management of Goddard Perry’s’ corporate clients, as well as focussing on implementing employee benefit packages and creating strong business relationships built on high levels of service.
